PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro Label

Electronic components and printed circuit boards must remain clearly identifiable throughout the entire manufacturing process. The PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro Label was developed specifically to meet these requirements and ensures reliable, permanently legible marking—even at high temperatures and during demanding production processes.

Whether in printed circuit board manufacturing, reflow or wave soldering processes, or other high-temperature applications, the label ensures reliable identification and supports the traceability of electronic components throughout the entire manufacturing process. Available as a blank label or a custom-printed solution, it can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of applications.

Designed for maximum process reliability

In electronics manufacturing, labeling solutions must reliably withstand extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, and demanding production processes. The PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro Label was developed specifically to meet these requirements.


The specially developed single-layer synthetic adhesive is characterized by exceptionally low outgassing and ensures secure adhesion throughout the entire manufacturing process. At the same time, the exceptionally smooth surface reduces the adhesion of flux, dust, and other foreign substances, thereby contributing to high process reliability.


The label is REACH- and RoHS-compliant and meets the high standards of modern electronics manufacturing.

Depending on the manufacturing process and thermal stress, the PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro Label is available in different variants. Both versions were developed specifically to meet the requirements of electronics manufacturing and provide reliable labeling even under demanding production conditions.

PMG 3171

The PMG 3171 was developed for particularly flexible applications in electronics manufacturing and has been tested and certified for both reflow soldering and wave soldering.


Temperature Resistance

  • Continuous operation: -40 °C to +150 °C
  • up to +260 °C for 5 minutes
  • briefly up to +300 °C

PMG 3126

The PMG 3126 was specifically developed for high-temperature applications and has been tested and certified for reflow soldering. Thanks to its high temperature resistance, it is particularly well-suited for demanding manufacturing processes involving extreme thermal stresses.

  • Continuous exposure: -40 °C to +180 °C
  • up to +260 °C for 5 minutes
  • briefly up to +398 °C
