Labeling electronic components, individual printed circuit boards and panels, modules and products requires a portfolio that covers the most varied fields of application, for example

high-temperature labels that still work reliably despite exposure to heat development during reflow soldering,
micro-barcodes that can be applied with guaranteed legibility and remain attached even on the smallest of components,

Continuous identification from the time of label application
right through to recycling

During manufacturing, the identification of electronic components, products and assemblies sends the process controllers unique product data and guarantees smooth internal logistics along all processing stations.

In the supply chain, RFID labels make tracking and tracing possible from the component right through to the electronic device – even if they have already been packaged for sale or delivery.

Electronic product information – in the form of a barcode or RFID label directly on the goods – makes it possible to ensure that specific parts are compatible with one another and thus offer protection against malfunctions or expensive product recall campaigns.

Special labels for originality protection are capable of making the unauthorized opening of products and packaging clearly noticeable. Counterfeit or stolen electronic devices can also be visualized as such using identification and comparison.

Electronic components that become extremely difficult to reach once installed – for example in vehicles, airplanes, motor coaches and railway carriages or ships, can be clearly identified over many years with RFID technology.

During the recycling process, it is possible to separate materials into individual material types based on the information contained in the label and to use them as a new resource.
