Code of conduct for Suppliers & Business Partners

Plöckl Media Group GmbH places a very great deal of importance on mutual respect, integrity and fairness. We hope that this helps us to be a reliable partner for our customers, suppliers and employees. Suppliers who are also committed to such objectives are a guarantee for success. Strong partners for our company are primarily characterized by the fact that they accept the following points of our Code of Conduct for Suppliers and successfully implement them in their companies.

Law compliance


As a supplier / business partner of Plöckl Media Group GmbH, we undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.

Prohibition of corruption and bribery


No corruption or bribery of any kind is permitted at any stage of business activities. Any active or passive form of bribery is to berefrained from.

Human Rights


As a supplier / business partner of Plöckl Media Group GmbH, we undertake to observe international human rights within our sphere of influence.

Health and safety


We, as a supplier / business partner of Plöckl Media Group GmbH, want to create a safe and healthy work environment that meets or exceeds the appropriate standards for health and safety in the workplace. By taking appropriate measures, we aim to prevent workplace-related injuries and occupational illnesses. Accident prevention is an ethical and human obligation. If an occupational accident occurs even though all safety precautions have been taken, immediate rescue and emergency measures are specified. Every employee is provided with personal protective equipment free of charge, according to the professional activity. The machinery, equipment and elevators are regularly maintained and inspected to ensure plant safety and reduce the risk of accidents to employees. We as a supplier / business partner of Plöckl Media Group GmbH monitor hazardous substances in accordance with safety and environmental laws. Appropriate safety data sheets are available for the use of hazardous substances and users are regularly instructed in their use. We as a supplier / business partner of Plöckl Media Group GmbH conduct regular training for occupational safety in the company. This includes in particular the training of first aiders as well as fire protection officers. Likewise, we regularly conduct fire safety briefings to sensitize employees to the occurrence and fighting of a fire. Safety briefings are held annually and when employees are hired.

Conflicts of interest, gifts and attempted bribery

Supplier Relations


Plöckl Media Group GmbH expects that its suppliers and business partners communicate all the principles, requirements and sustainability guidelines described here to their subcontractors and suppliers and also take them into account when selecting them. Suppliers shall encourage their subcontractors and suppliers to comply with the described standards on human rights, working conditions, prevention of corruption and environmental protection as part of the fulfillment of their contractual obligations. Upon request, the supplier shall provide Plöckl Media Group GmbH with all necessary information for an initial assessment correctly and comprehensively within the scope of a self-assessment. He shall furthermore provide other information that demonstrates compliance with the guideline. Plöckl Media Group GmbH will monitor the implementation. The supplier shall inform Plöckl Media Group GmbH of any events that conflict with the principles of the guideline.
