Our well proven PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro labels are the epitome of reliability. Even when subjected to the most varied endurance tests, our PMG HighTemp+ Acid Pro labels prove that they remain adhered to the product throughout the entire manufacturing process and that the print remains legible and scannable.


Such labels contain important information for the production process which could lead to costly interruptions should they get lost.

PCB labels must meet the highest demands during the PCB assembly process (Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)). The label has to withstand extremely high levels of stress caused by heat, abrasion and chemicals.


Our High Temp+ Acid Pro labels are designed for such applications and can withstand reflow, selective and wave soldering processes undamaged.

Facts about the HighTemp+ Acid Pro label

  • Temperature resistance: continuous exposure at -40°C to 180°C · 5 min. at 260°C · briefly at up to +398°C
  • Automatic dispensing
  • Digitally printed in accordance with your specifications (barcodes, data matrix, alphanumerical)
  • Labels are available in all sizes and reel widths
  • Anti-static, thus presenting excellent printing qualities and suitable for ANSI/ISO scanning
  • Adhesive sticks to conventional PCB material
  • Low adhesive gas emission
  • Tested and certified for use in reflow soldering with/without lead, from above and below, wave soldering – preferably from above (from below with GIG protection)
  • Resistant to cleaning agents (e.g., Zestron)
  • Nonhalogen, REACH and RoHS compliant
