PMG RFID "Works on Metal" - specially developed for high performance on metal surfaces

The "RFID works on Metal" label is specially designed for direct connection of RFID technology on metallic surfaces.
This can be easily integrated into your existing RFID system and enables asset tracking of metal plates, metal pipes, dollies, reusable metal goods and containers.

Permanent connection to the base carrier through RFID metal labels

The label on polyester (PET) basis, which is provided with an acrylate adhesive, is characterized by an extraordinary robustness. Due to the low height of the RFID tags (1 mm), the label has the property to ensure excellent adhesion on curved as well as irregularly shaped surfaces.

Our "RFID works on metal" label is extremely resistant to environmental influences such as moisture, water, heat, acids or alkalis. The application of the label on metal takes place with the above mentioned strongly adhesive acrylate glue. The permanent connection to the base carrier is thus guaranteed.

We produce our "RFID works on Metal" with a UHF chip (EPC Class 1 Gen 2, 860 - 960 MHz) as standard. Other chip types are of course possible on request. Despite the low height, ranges of up to approx. 5 m on metal can be achieved (at 2 W ERP reader power).
