PMG RFID Looptag:

for the clever labeling of goods and containers

Plöckl Media Group developed – and has just considerably improved – the PMG RFID Looptag for labeling tasks where it is not possible to apply the label directly to the object. Whether it be cable harnesses, power and server cables, plants, bags or baskets, whether for the labeling of high-pressure coolant hoses in vehicles or Euro containers and other holders – the looptag can be applied reliably and with ease, and can be currently read from a distance of up to three meters, for example when the goods are stored in a high shelf compartment. Another advantage: no visual contact with the PMG RFID Looptag is required – a feature that additionally simplifies the identification procedure.

New UHF transponder provides additional storage space

Also in the metal environment, for example when labeling pipes, the PMG RFID Looptag wins over the newest generation with its further improved reading performance. For saving data content, the new UHF chip provides an EPC (Electronic Product Code) memory of 448 bits and a user memory that has now been quadrupled to 2.048 bits. The new RFID inlay is extremely flat, making the surface of the looped label even better for serial thermal transfer printing or laser printing. The print layout can be designed any way you like – with barcodes, 2D codes, plain writing and individual logos. This allows objects to remain identifiable and assignable, even if there is no RFID reader within reach.
