PMG IronPerfrom
RFID-Label
Developed for maximum performance on metal surfaces
The PMG IronPerform RFID tag works very well on metal and also adheres to pre-treated, painted and powder-coated surfaces. The advantage of the PMG IronPerform RFID tag is that it has a range of up to 20 metres on metal surfaces (at 2W ERP reader power).
It also works on non-conductive materials. Due to its small size, the PMG IronPerform RFID tag is even suitable for use in hard-to-reach places. The PMG IronPerform RFID tag has good UV, chemical and solvent resistance. The use of RFID UHF passive technology means that a battery is not required.
The tag is supplied on rolls and can be labelled / coded and printed using thermal transfer printers. As an option, the PMG IronPerform RFID tag can also be supplied already printed in 4 colours and fully encoded. This variant can also be additionally equipped with a protective laminate.
The adhesive used is a modified acrylate adhesive on standard backing paper, which offers good adhesion to various substrates. The adhesive is suitable for low and high energy materials. The substrate must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease when applying the adhesive.
